This Raspberry Syrup is made from Yorkshire raspberries grown by the award winning farmers of Spillman’s Farm near Thirsk. Yorkshire Wolds Apple Juice make their syrup by concentrating the raspberry juice before blending it with British Sugar and a dash of fresh lemon juice to make the perfect Raspberry Syrup.
You can use this syrup in may different ways:
Dilute to taste in a drink of your choice such as sparking water or lemonade,
Add to cocktails,
Drizzle over deserts & bakes,
Top off your ice-cream.
Ingredients: Raspberry Juice 49.8%, Sugar 49.7%, Fresh Lemon Juice 0.5%, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), added to delay discolouration
