All-butter vanilla shortbread, topped with a generously thick layer of hand-made sea-salted caramel, and finished with a topping of milk chocolate swirled with dark chocolate.

*Due to its very long shelf life and immense popularity, this is our only stock item.  We aim that it will have at least 6 weeks shelf life remaining when delivered.
 
Ingredients
Butter, condensed milk, gluten free flour blend (rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, maize flour, buckwheat flour), sugar, milk chocolate [sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring], golden syrup, dark chocolate [cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring], sea salt, vanilla.

 

Allergens:
Milk, Soya/Soy.

 

This product is suitable for freezing.

We advise that all our products be stored in sealed, air-tight containers when they are not on display, ideally in refrigerated conditions to maximise their shelf life.

We take food hygiene very seriously and make every effort to avoid cross contamination of ingredients and allergens.  However, we would like to make our customers aware that we do operate in a kitchen which stores and handles EGG, GLUTEN, MILK, NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME, SOYA and SULPHITES so therefore our products may contain traces of these allergens.
