Welcome to the online version of our shop on beautiful Bishopthorpe Road.

Here you can see the hundreds of ingredients, household goods, toiletries and gifts we have in store, all without plastic packaging!

With the exception of our ranges of re-fill liquids, nut butters and nut milks, you can now order our products online for collection or local delivery (please read full details here).

Most of the products in-store are sold by weight, allowing you to buy just as much or as little as you need.  Our team will weigh out your products as accurately as possible for you, but please be aware that a small margin of error is to be expected. Your bill will reflect the exact amounts weighed out for you.

- Click and collect in-store.  Our opening hours are 9:00-5:30 Monday to Saturday, and 10:00-4:00 on Sundays.

- Customers within York's outer ring road can choose home delivery by emissions-free couriers!

- If there isn't someone who can collect your order on your behalf, one of our team or a local volunteer will be happy to arrange free delivery to customers in York who are self-isolating.

- Choose your products and quantities, and add to your basket.

- Go through the checkout to send us your order.  No payment is taken at this stage.

- Our team will pick your products for you, weighing out your products as accurately as possible, and packaging them up for you in our recycled paper bags.

- Delivery: A member of our team will phone you on the telephone number you provide at the checkout and take a card payment over the phone, prior to delivery.

- Collection: Please pay by card on collection, and remember to bring your reusable shopping bags with you!
