A luxuriously rich almond frangipane over a fruity filling of juicy cherries and Bracken Hill cherry jam, all on top of a buttery base of gluten-free sweet shortcrust pastry.

Almonds, butter, sugar, eggs, gluten free flour blend (rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, maize flour, buckwheat flour), cherries, Bracken Hill cherry jam

This product is made fresh to order and is suitable for freezing.

We advise that all our products be stored in sealed, air-tight containers when they are not on display, ideally in refrigerated conditions to maximise their shelf life.

We take food hygiene very seriously and make every effort to avoid cross contamination of ingredients and allergens.  However, we would like to make our customers aware that we do operate in a kitchen which stores and handles EGG, GLUTEN, MILK, NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME, SOYA and SULPHITES so therefore our products may contain traces of these allergens.
