Banana and Chocolate Cake (Ve)

A soft and aromatic cake with caramel undertones, packed with sweet, ripe bananas, generously studded with dark chocolate chunks and topped with dark chocolate and cocoa nibs.

Ingredients:
Banana, wheat flour, vegan butter [Plant oils (coconut, rapeseed, sunflower, water, sea salt (1.7%), faba bean preparation, emulsifier (lecithin), natural flavourings, colour (carotenes)], sugar, aquafaba, dark chocolate [cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring], golden syrup, cocoa nibs, bicarbonate of soda, vanilla bean paste.


Allergens:
Gluten, Soy/Soya.

 

This product is made fresh to order and is suitable for freezing.

We advise that all our products be stored in sealed, air-tight containers when they are not on display, ideally in refrigerated conditions to maximise their shelf life.

We take food hygiene very seriously and make every effort to avoid cross contamination of ingredients and allergens.  However, we would like to make our customers aware that we do operate in a kitchen which stores and handles EGG, GLUTEN, MILK, NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME, SOYA and SULPHITES so therefore our products may contain traces of these allergens.
