Baked Rice (separate ingredients needed for this recipe, see below)

A Mediterranean inspired Vegan baked rice dish with peas, roasted pepper, asparagus, artichokes and sundried tomatoes. Reminiscent of a Paella this delicious family meal is great all year round. 

Sustainability - To reduce the waste of additional packaging, the jars of roasted peppers, artichokes and sun dried tomatoes are sold separately in the list of products below. If you already have these in your cupboard you can use these up. If you buy jars of artichokes and sun dried tomatoes, you can use the other half of the jars for you next Baked Rice meal.
